New Patients
Your first visit, start to finish
What happens at the appointment, what to bring, how insurance and payment work, and where to park. No surprises on the day.
What to Expect
Four steps, about an hour
A first appointment is diagnosis and planning. Treatment is scheduled after you have agreed to it.
01
You are welcomed
The front desk knows your name and your plan before you sit down. Paperwork is short because most of it is done ahead.
02
Imaging and scanning
Digital X-rays, and a 3D Cone Beam CT or iTero scan if your case calls for it. No impression trays.
03
You see what we see
Your own images on the screen beside you, with the findings explained in plain language.
04
A plan you agree to
Nothing starts before you understand what is being proposed, why, and what it costs.
Before You Come In
What to bring
01
Photo ID and your dental insurance card
02
A list of any medications you take
03
Recent X-rays or records from a previous dentist, if you have them
04
Anything you want looked at, even if it seems minor
Arriving ten minutes early gives the front desk time to verify your benefits before you go back.
Insurance and Payment
Costs before treatment
We verify your benefits before the visit and give you a written estimate before anything is scheduled.
01 / Insurance
We accept most PPO plans
Bring your card and we handle the verification and the claim. Call the office if you want your specific plan checked before you book.
02 / Payment Plans
Financing over time
Larger treatment can be spread out through third-party financing, applied for in the office or from home.
03 / No Insurance
Still straightforward
You get the same written estimate and the same financing options. Ask about costs before your first visit.
