Job Description

Overview:

CSP is partnering with a commercial construction supplier in Harrisburg to help them identify a Warehouse Manager to join their team. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse logistics, including inventory management, shipping/receiving, and fleet coordination. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment that requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to think on your feet.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate receiving, storing, and shipping of materials.
  • Manage inbound and outbound material flow and coordinate with the purchasing team to ensure timely availability of products.
  • Supervise and work alongside warehouse staff, promoting a team-first, results-driven culture.
  • Use warehouse inventory management software to track inventory and maintain data accuracy.
  • Plan and monitor delivery routes using fleet tracking software; coordinate driver schedules and vehicle maintenance.
  • Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Prepare shipments for UPS, LTL, and other delivery services, ensuring proper packaging and documentation.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with company and safety standards.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and customers to resolve issues and support exceptional service.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic setting.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Basic computer proficiency required; experience with inventory management and fleet tracking systems is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to operate a forklift (certification preferred).
  • Previous warehouse or logistics experience is strongly preferred
