We are seeking community-and safety-oriented individuals who desire to share their passion for recreation with various age groups and people. Classes will take place indoors and are attended by the community at large (people of all ages, abilities, backgrounds, and interests), so our team needs people who can support the needs of individuals and manage small group dynamics. Instructors keep our patrons safe physically by gauging and adjusting programming to meet each patron's ability and skill level and mentally by encouraging and building a positive community with our patrons. Part-time Variable (PT) employees may work less than 1,560 hours on an annual basis. Staff is typically scheduled 2 to 29 hours per week, between 8:30 am - 8:00 pm, along with opportunities on Saturdays and Sundays.
