Production Engineer – Onsite (Marana, AZ)

📍 Location : Marana, AZ (100% Onsite)

⏳ Duration : 12 Months (Possible Extension)

💵 Pay Rate : $35/hr W2

We’re hiring a Production Engineer to join a cutting-edge technology leader in the medical device and diagnostics industry. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a global organization known for innovation and quality, in a hands-on engineering environment focused on solving real-world technical challenges.

What You’ll Do :

• Support production systems by applying engineering principles to design, analyze, and troubleshoot complex electro-mechanical assemblies.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and develop solutions to improve reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product and process improvements.
• Execute and contribute to experimental designs, performance testing, and design reviews.
• Assist in developing and improving manufacturing processes and documentation.

Key Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant engineering experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical problem-solving and troubleshooting skills .
• Hands-on experience with electro-mechanical and fluidic/pneumatic systems .
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• Experience in cross-functional, multidisciplinary teams.
