What You’ll Do:

• Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong connections with homeowners, property managers, contractors, and other key stakeholders to understand their roofing needs and present our solutions.
• Consultative Sales: Lead in-depth consultations to assess client needs, educate them on our products and services, and recommend tailored roofing solutions that fit their needs and budgets.
• Create Proposals: Craft detailed, persuasive proposals and presentations that showcase the benefits of our services and demonstrate our value.
• Negotiate & Close: Effectively negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure deals that are both profitable for the company and meet customer expectations.
• Customer Service: Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the entire sales and project process, ensuring smooth communication, resolving any issues, and providing an exceptional customer experience.
• Collaborate: Work closely with internal teams to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standard.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in sales, with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.

Requirements:

• MUST HAVE A PICKUP TRUCK (THIS IS A REQUIREMENT) OR THE ABILITY TO OBTAIN ONE WITHIN 60 DAYS OF HIRE
• MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE
• MUST BE COMFORTABLE WITH HEIGHTS
• Have some project management experience
• Understand the importance of customer service and network building
• SALES EXPERIENCE A PLUS, BUT NOT A REQUIREMENT
• Hunter mentality with a strong drive, ambition, and work ethic.
• Motivated and self-starter with a passion for success.

THE OPPORTUNITY

• Base pay plus commission (top reps earn $500K+!).
• MULTI 6-FIGURE INCOME POTENTIAL
• Year one $150-$200k
• Year two and beyond $200k+
• Top 10 reps over $300K
