Are you ready to drive enterprise-wide technology transformation at a global scale? We’re looking for a Principal Enterprise Architect to lead the strategic evolution of our digital supply chain systems. You’ll define future-state architecture, ensure platform alignment across functions, and guide large-scale transformation initiatives across multiple business units. What You’ll Do: Own the enterprise architecture vision for supply chain and enterprise platforms across global operations. Define “to-be” technology architecture and create actionable roadmaps to reach target states. Align business and IT strategies through scalable, secure, and forward-looking solutions. Provide architectural oversight on major digital transformation initiatives. Collaborate with senior executives, product teams, and engineering leaders to ensure architectural governance and solution alignment. Serve as a thought leader across cloud, data, integration, and application modernization. What We’re Looking For: 12+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in enterprise or solution architecture roles. Proven experience in global supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing environments. Expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman). Strong background in cloud architecture (Azure or AWS), data platforms, and enterprise applications (SAP, Oracle, etc.). Experience leading cross-functional technology transformations across multiple regions/business units. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with supply chain execution (WMS, TMS), ERP, or planning systems. Familiarity with MDM, API-led integration strategies, and microservices. Background working in Agile/Scrum environments.
