Our Southern Division is seeking team-focused, innovative, and results-oriented individuals who are looking for new learning experiences and a desire to contribute to our clients’ success.
Job Responsibilities:
• Represent staffing needs, workforce planning, and talent strategy to senior leadership
• Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for both field and office positions
• Develop, implement, and manage ‘top talent’ acquisition strategy
• Oversee onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
• Develop employee relations, performance evaluations, and retention strategies
• Maintain and update HR policies in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• Track HR metrics and provide reports on hiring, turnover, and employee engagement
• Coordinate employee training, benefits enrollment, and company events
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years HR and recruiting experience, preferably in construction or heavy civil industry
• Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance standards
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS software, and Microsoft Office suite
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
• SHRM-CP or PHR certifications
