Job Description

PACIFICA CHRISTIAN'S FOUNDING 10 YEARS

Embark on a transformative journey with Pacifica Christian High School (Pacifica), where education is not just about imparting knowledge but igniting joy and fostering freedom. Since our humble beginnings in 2015 with just 48 students, we have blossomed into a thriving community dedicated to teaching students to think and live well - to the Glory of God! Now, with our sights set on our projected full enrollment of 365 students by 2025 and with a growing alumni base of hundreds, Pacifica seeks to position itself to cultivate the boundless possibilities that lie ahead.

Our commitment to excellence extends far beyond the classroom, evident in our remarkable fundraising endeavors. In 2021, we celebrated the culmination of our second capital campaign, raising nearly $15 million to build the Harold Brown Center for Learning-an embodiment of our dedication to academic excellence. The inception of the Pacifica Endowment in 2023 marks another milestone, swiftly approaching $1 million in just a few short years. As we propel into the 2023-2024 school year, our ambitious fundraising goals of $3 million for the Pacifica Fund and $1.9 million for the state-of-the-art Triton Athletic Lab reflect our unwavering commitment to innovation and growth.

As we turn to our second decade, Pacifica seeks a visionary leader to join our Office of Institutional Advancement. Together, we will chart the course for our second decade, marked by transformative projects such as the acquisition and renovation of the Triton Event Center campus, strategic expansion of our endowment, and numerous other capital ventures. Join us in shaping the future of Pacifica, where each day is an opportunity to inspire, innovate, and impact lives for Christ and His Kingdom.
