We are looking for motivated and friendly Budtenders to join our team and deliver exceptional customer service while sharing your knowledge of cannabis and helping our clients make informed choices.

Job Description :

As a Budtender, you will be the face of our dispensary, responsible for creating an inviting and educational experience for customers. You’ll provide personalized guidance on product selection, answer customer questions about cannabis strains, concentrates, edibles, and accessories, and ensure a smooth and efficient transaction process. You’ll also stay up to date on industry trends and product knowledge to provide the best possible advice to our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Greet customers and provide an outstanding, friendly, and educational experience.
  • Assist customers with selecting cannabis products based on their preferences, needs, and experience level.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of available products, including strains, concentrates, edibles, and accessories.
  • Stay current on cannabis laws, regulations, and industry trends.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS system.
  • Ensure the dispensary is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
  • Uphold all compliance standards and state regulations in relation to cannabis sales.
  • Provide accurate and honest product recommendations while educating customers on responsible consumption.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure the dispensary runs smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications :

  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in retail or hospitality.
  • Strong communication skills, both in-person and over the phone.
  • A genuine passion for cannabis and helping others.
  • Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of cannabis products, strains, and consumption methods is a plus (but not required; we are willing to train).
  • Must pass background check as required by state law.
