The Role
You Will Be Responsible For
Translate from English to Arabic
Maintain relationship with the clients by providing support, information and guidance while at the same time recommending new opportunities and service improvements
Collect constant feedback from the clients and work with other teams to lay down the requirements and enhancements required
Serve as the link of communication between key clients and internal teams
Good understanding of search engine optimization techniques.
Responsible for the execution, coordinating and implementing SEO activities (on page & off page) for E-commerce websites
Must have off page/on page SEO knowledge
Conduct on-site and off-site SEO competitor analysis
Help to execute on-site and off-site SEO strategies (including link building) for a range of clients in a host of industries
Build strong, long-term client relationships and maintain frequent contact
Performing keyword research to optimize existing content and explore new opportunities
Maintain weekly reports and monthly reports
Performing competition analysis and backlink analysis
Complete weekly and monthly performance reports
Carrying out all off page activities like Directory submission, Business Listing, Blog posting, Social Bookmarking etc, Classifieds ads submission, Image sharing and many more activities.
Carrying out SEO Audit work, connecting bloggers for quality backlinks
Maintaining blogs & implementing SEO optimization techniques for the website and the youtube channel
Hands-on with Google Analytics, Webmaster tool etc
Ensure consistent performance reporting, detailing client satisfaction, complaints and improvements feedback to the senior management
Serve as the lead point of contact for all enterprise account management matters
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives
Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
Plan and implement digital strategies for clients
Always work towards those goals
Optimize web content in order to improve SEO
Present and train on social media strategies to clients
Analyze the effectiveness of digital campaigns
Recommend, design and implement digital projects to increase their ROI
Set up a list of KPIs to track for each client
Prepare and present reports on their progress
Keep abreast with new trends in digital technology
Ideal Profile
You have at least 6 months of experience in SEO
You are a strong in relationship builder
You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
You can easily write content in Arabic and you can translate from English to Arabic to be able to liaise effectively to different stakeholder across the region.
