What You Can Expect at Federal Express Corporation (FEC): Engage in fast-paced, physical warehouse tasks—it's a great way to stay active! Be responsible for loading, unloading, and sorting packages of various dimensions. Work one shift a day for part-time roles and two shifts for full-time positions. Expect shift lengths based on package volume—part-time employees typically work between 3 and 6 hours daily, while full-time employees can anticipate 6 to 10 hours. Receive overtime pay after working over 40 hours a week. Pay Transparency This compensation range is an estimate of the current starting salary for this role across various locations. Actual pay will depend on experience, market conditions, and job-related factors. Additional pay, premiums, or bonuses may be available for eligible employees. Pay Range: Additional Information: We offer two shifts, Monday to Friday: 6:00 AM - 10:00 AM, and 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM.
