Job Summary:
Boeing is seeking two detail-oriented and highly organized Trade Compliance Specialists to support our import/export operations. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring our trade activities align with U.S. and international regulations. You’ll collaborate across departments to maintain compliance, manage documentation, and contribute to Boeing’s reputation as a globally trusted aerospace leader.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Research and interpret international trade laws and regulations
• Assist in assessing how trade compliance impacts our internal processes
• Partner with internal teams to ensure adherence to import/export policies
• Create and maintain clear and effective compliance procedures and documentation
• Organize and maintain detailed records of compliance activities
• Provide support during audits and respond to trade-related inquiries
What We’re Looking For:
• Previous experience with import/export compliance or a strong willingness to learn
• Impeccable attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work full-time, onsite at our Hialeah, FL location
