We are looking for an entrepreneurial business leader to join our global marketing leadership team. The Senior Director of Marketing Strategy & New Business Ventures will contribute to setting long-term strategy and executing short-term strategy for the function. This person will identify and solve complex problems that have a broad impact on the business and create methods to address current and future customer needs. This position is also accountable for leading multiple projects and new business ventures and is responsible for budget and resource allocation for project teams. This leader will also be developing more agile and innovative ways to learn. This leader will be responsible for building business cases that guide executive leadership decisions and will partner with the global CMO for critical leadership updates on the future of Marketing initiatives and growth drivers.
The ideal candidate will be a proven strategy leader, with expertise in and knowledge of multiple disciplines and experience, including market experience, interacting and managing across functions, and directly with senior leadership. This candidate should also have an entrepreneurial mindset, be comfortable with ambiguity and agile ways of working, and be open to evolving their role and responsibilities
