Senior Systems Administrator – Hybrid | Southlake, TX

We're supporting a growing healthcare organization in their search for a Senior Systems Administrator to lead infrastructure initiatives and manage a team of Windows System Engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of Windows System Engineers.
• Serve as escalation point for server issues and infrastructure projects.
• Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, Office 365, Azure AD.
• Support virtualization with VMware and Nutanix .
• Oversee backups, monitoring tools, print servers, and email migrations.
• Standardize server builds and work closely with cybersecurity teams.
• Ensure ticketing workflows (Spiceworks or similar) are optimized.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years in systems administration with team leadership experience.
• Strong experience in Microsoft, Azure, virtualization, and backup tools.
• Relevant certifications (Microsoft, VMware) preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
