The Expo Group is seeking a Senior Exhibits Manager to guide Exhibit Supervisors, streamline processes, and ensure a consistent and engaging client experience. Based in Las Vegas, Nevada, this in-office role plays a pivotal part in ensuring our exhibit structures are built to spec, packed with care, and executed flawlessly onsite. In this role, you will: Train and direct Exhibit Supervisors on processes, production details, and on-site execution Develop and maintain SOPs for exhibit preparation, packing, and inventory control Oversee warehouse operations, ensuring safety, organization, and quality standards Travel to event sites to supervise and support exhibit installations and client interactions Assist with estimating jobs, planning builds, and maintaining project budgets Lead the scheduling of staff for in-house and on-site work What You Bring to The Expo Group: Educational Foundation: High school diploma or GED required Experience: Prior experience in trade show or exhibit environments preferred Credentials: Forklift certification strongly preferred Key Skills: Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Hands-on leadership and training abilities Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings Basic computer and hand tool proficiency Comfort supervising labor and working both indoors and outdoors This role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs., walk or stand for extended periods, and travel overnight for up to a week at a time.
