Your Role as a Security Sales Representative
As a Security Sales Representative , you'll be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales for our security products and services. If you have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities in both residential and commercial markets, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for alarm systems, access control, and security services.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, property managers, realtors, and businesses.
Conduct in-person, door-to-door sales presentations to potential customers.
Educate clients on the benefits of security solutions and customize offerings to meet their specific needs.
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Follow up with leads and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and potential upsells.
Collaborate with the installation and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.
Attend networking events, industry trade shows, and community outreach programs.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in sales , preferably in security systems, alarm systems, or related industries.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to generate leads and close deals.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Ability to travel locally and meet with clients as needed.
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle .
Flexible schedule, including weekends.
Compensation & Growth
Commission-Based Pay Structure with potential earnings of $6,000+ a month.
