We’re looking for a motivated, creative, and people-focused individual to join our team as a Sales & Marketing Assistant . This role is the face of our tattoo shop—supporting daily operations, consulting with clients, driving sales of tattoos and merchandise, and helping grow our brand through social media and content creation. We need someone with sharp attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a genuine ability to connect without being pushy. If you’ve got the drive, personality, and passion to sell the hell out of tattoos while keeping things fun and professional, you’ll fit right in. We also invest in our team’s growth, covering the cost of online certifications in sales, marketing, or social media if they align with your role.

Starting pay is $16 per hour , with an additional $2 bonus for each Google or Yelp review you generate.

A performance review will be conducted after two weeks, with the opportunity to increase your pay to $17 per hour , plus continued review bonuses.

Further pay increases are based on performance and are earned through results , not automatically given.

Team members who consistently drive revenue have the potential to earn $20+ per hour .

PART TIME POSITION:

We're open Tuesday-Saturdays (currently closed Sundays and Mondays)

Opening shift is 9am-3pm

Closing is 3pm-8pm (or later, sometimes as late as 930 or 10pm on occasion)

3 to 5 shifts per week, with the possibility for more hours as you earn it.

We don't hire, we trial, you might last one shift, one month or you might be here on our team for years.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and consult with tattoo clients to help them feel confident and excited about their service
• Support Tattoo Artists with scheduling, intake and client coordination
• Handle front desk operations including register, phone, and daily shop tasks
• Assist with content creation, (behind the scenes, completed tattoos,Artist feature, reels, etc)
• Assist with managing and growing our online presence across Instagram, Facebook, and Tik Tok
• Help build, schedule and manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads to promote artists and their work
• Track ad performance and engagement metrics to optimize reach and return on ad spend
• Keep the shop squeaky clean, Vacuum, mop, sterilize shop areas, dishes, trash, bathrooms

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales is a must!
• Completion of, or active enrollment in, college level coursework in Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills; comfortable consulting with clients in person and online
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Sales-minded with a focus on driving bookings and revenue
• Background in a tattoo shop is not necessary but a perk
• Background in luxury sales or similar
• Background with Photography/videography / video editing
