### Key Responsibilities:
* Receive & Process Work Orders: Efficiently intake and manage incoming work orders, ensuring they are properly logged and documented.
* Dispatch Technicians: Schedule and assign work orders to technicians based on their expertise, availability, and priorities.
* Create Estimates & Invoices: Prepare accurate cost estimates for labor and materials; generate invoices for completed work.
* Monitor Job Progress: Stay on top of each work order, providing regular updates to customers and technicians to ensure timely completion.
* Customer Support Excellence: Handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure smooth communication between customers and technicians.
* Work Order Management: Maintain and update the work order management system, ensuring all jobs are tracked, documented, and completed on schedule.
* Coordination & Communication: Act as a liaison between technicians, customers, and internal teams to ensure efficient workflows and high customer satisfaction.
* Resolve Conflicts & Issues: Address scheduling conflicts or customer concerns quickly, with a solution-oriented mindset.
* Identify Process Improvements: Look for opportunities to enhance efficiency, offering suggestions to improve dispatch processes.
* Quality Control: Oversee technician performance, ensuring that work is completed accurately and to the customer’s satisfaction.
### Qualifications:
* Experience: Must have prior experience as a service dispatcher or coordinator, specifically on the vendor side of operations (i.e., not property management).
* Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with technical fields such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or similar industries is a plus.
* Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills—ability to clearly explain work orders, schedules, and issues with both customers and team members.
* Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Problem-Solving: Demonstrated critical thinking skills to resolve conflicts or scheduling issues effectively and efficiently.
* Tech Savvy: Proficiency in GSuite (Google Workspace), and experience with dispatch or work order management software is a plus.
* Bilingual: Spanish-English bilingual is preferred, but not required.
* Customer Service Focus: Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring the highest level of satisfaction.
