Job Title: RF Engineer II (Contract-to-Hire)
Location: Englewood, CO ( Onsite / Hybrid Flexibility )
Pay Range: Up to $50.00-$75.00/hr (W2)
Duration: 12-month Contract-to-Hire
🚩 Clearance: Secret clearance required (submission before start) — Active clearance is a plus but not needed on Day 1.
About the Role:
We're hiring an RF Engineer II to support RF system-level integration and analysis for advanced aerospace and defense programs. This is a hands-on role working in hangars and lab environments supporting multiple high-impact projects.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Perform RF system-level analysis , interference mitigation , and antenna placement studies
✅ Conduct link budget analysis and radio/antenna integration on aircraft
✅ Utilize simulation tools like CST Studio Suite , ANSYS HFSS , MATLAB , and Python
✅ Support lab and field testing with tools like Vector Network Analyzers , Spectrum Analyzers , and Signal Generators
✅ Collaborate with mechanical, design, and customer teams across multiple programs
Qualifications:
Preferred Experience:
✔️ Familiarity with Aerospace, Defense, or Military projects
✔️ Experience with MIL-STD-464 , MIL-STD-461 , and RF test equipment
✔️ Hands-on with tools like HFSS , EMIT , MATLAB , CST , and Python
✔️ Background in Wi-Fi , Cellular , or RF system integration is also considered
