We are seeking a Revenue Cycle Adminstrator to join our team at All Points North- DFW.

Summary
The Revenue Cycle Administrator plays a critical role in overseeing the full revenue cycle. This includes coordinating in-house teams and external vendors across all key functional areas: patient access, health information management, and patient financial services. The Administrator ensures efficient and accurate billing, collections, and data management processes. In partnership with the Revenue Cycle Team and Leadership, this role directs the performance of all revenue cycle activities, encompassing both outsourced vendors and internal operations. Core responsibilities within Patient Access include patient scheduling, pre-access and registration, insurance verification, admissions, and financial counseling.

Responsibilities

• Manage the revenue cycle process from patient registration through billing and collections.
• Ensure accurate medical coding using ICD-9 and ICD-10 standards.
• Review and process medical records for billing accuracy and compliance.
• Communicate with insurance companies to resolve claims issues and denials.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical terminology and coding practices.
• Collaborate with medical office staff to streamline billing processes and improve efficiency.
• Conduct regular audits of billing practices to ensure compliance with regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in medical billing and coding, including familiarity with ICD-9 and ICD-10.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare systems.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, insurance companies, and healthcare providers.
• Experience in medical collections is preferred but not required.
