If you are interested in this Remote Pharmacy Care Coordinator position, please contact Austin Faris at 586-710-7941 or afaris@alinestaffing.com Remote Pharmacy Care Coordinator Compensation The pay for this position is $20.00 per hour Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates Remote Pharmacy Care Coordinator Highlights This position is a contract assignment with the potential to hire on permanently based on attendance, performance, and business needs Training Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST, Monday – Friday (first 4–6 weeks, mandatory virtual attendance) Regular Schedule: Must be available to work any 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM CST Remote Pharmacy Care Coordinator Responsibilities Create and complete accurate referrals/applications in the CRM platform while keeping up with policy/procedural changes Resolve patient questions and concerns regarding their care journey Enter detailed, accurate, and clear notes in proprietary software during phone conversations Make outbound calls for patient follow-ups or confirmations Maintain quality, empathetic support while controlling conversations and educating callers Interact with healthcare providers and referral sources to process new applicants Manage patient accounts from initial contact to final approval or denial Remote Pharmacy Care Coordinator Requirements High School Diploma or GED Ability to type at least 40 WPM Strong experience with Microsoft Office products and video conferencing tools (Teams, Zoom) Comfortable working on camera via video conferencing as needed Must provide a quiet, distraction-free workspace with high-speed, hardwired internet (see internet requirements below) Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days Internet Requirements Download speed: 15 Mbps Upload speed: 5 Mbps Ping rate: Max 30ms Must be hardwired to the router (WiFi, satellite, cellular not acceptable) Must use a surge protector with network line protection All required computer equipment will be provided Remote Pharmacy Care Coordinator Preferred Qualifications 2–4 years of customer-facing or call center experience Knowledge of insurance billing and general pharmacy operations Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask and transcribe notes while speaking Self-starter with solid time management and a drive to meet performance metrics If you think this Remote Pharmacy Care Coordinator position is a good fit for you, please reach out to me – feel free to call, e-mail, or apply to this posting!
