We are seeking a dynamic Regional Account Manager to oversee and support business office functions across our network of Long-Term Care facilities throughout Florida. This role is critical in ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and financial efficiency at each location. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner to facility leadership, driving best practices in revenue cycle management, accounts receivable, billing, and overall business office operations while maintaining a high level of customer service to residents, families, and partners.

What we are Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years of business office management experience in skilled nursing or long-term care setting required.
• Proven track record of managing accounts receivable, collections, and payer relationships.
• Strong knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, and third-party payer processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel extensively (up to 80%) across Florida LTC facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel regularly to multiple LTC facilities to provide hands-on support, training, and oversight of business office operations.
• Partner with facility Business Office Managers and Administrators to ensure compliance with corporate policies, state regulations, and payer requirements.
• Monitor and analyze accounts receivable, collections, and cash flow to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in resolving complex billing, reimbursement, and payer-related issues.
• Standardize and implement best practices for admissions, Medicaid/Medicare processes, and private-pay collections.
• Conduct audits of billing and financial processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Provide leadership coaching and development to on-site business office staff to enhance operational performance.
• Act as liaison between corporate finance, regional leadership, and facility-level teams.
• Support the onboarding of new Business Office Managers and facilitate ongoing training initiatives.
