Are you ready for a new challenge in a beautiful mountain setting? Our client is a thriving and respected construction company that’s been setting the standard for healthcare, education, life sciences, commercial, and public works projects for nearly 50 years — and we’re looking for a Project Manager to join our clients' team!

This opportunity is specifically for a hospital construction project in Mammoth, CA , requiring at least 2 years of OSHPD 1 experience . You'll enjoy company-paid housing and a vehicle as part of your relocation package.

What You'll Do

• Oversee all phases of hospital project management from start to finish
• Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, and subcontractors
• Develop project budgets and manage project financials, including buyouts, subcontracts, change orders, and billings
• Create and maintain project schedules alongside field superintendents
• Lead project meetings and documentation, ensuring project milestones are met
• Drive on-site safety and compliance
• Assist with RFI, submittal review, insurance compliance, and staff training
• Report project status to stakeholders monthly

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of OSHPD 1 experience (hospital construction required)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management (or equivalent construction experience)
• Experience and background working for GC's.
• Strong working knowledge of Sage 300, Procore (or similar)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint) and Bluebeam/Adobe
• Valid driver’s license
• Self-starter with a passion for learning, teamwork, and leadership
