About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on and experienced Production Supervisor to lead our Extrusion department on the 3rd shift. This role is critical to ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production with a strong focus on on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

As the Production Supervisor, you will directly oversee and support team members, prioritize and process orders, and drive operational excellence across the department. You will also be cross-trained in multiple areas to support broader business needs.

Minimum Qualifications

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field preferred

Experience:

• 3+ years of manufacturing experience required
• 2+ years of aluminum extrusion experience
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
