Salary: $120,000 - 160,000 per year Requirements: I am seeking candidates who are currently enrolled in college-level courses or a degree-seeking program for the duration of the internship. You must be pursuing a degree from an accredited college/university. Strong communication and organizational abilities are essential. I am looking for individuals who can work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. A genuine interest in product development and business operations is desired. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required. Candidates should be detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities. You must be capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Responsibilities: I will need you to assist with project intake and documentation. You will coordinate meetings and prepare meeting agendas. Conducting research and gathering data to support product initiatives will be part of your responsibilities. I expect you to help create and maintain project plans and timelines. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project success will be required. You will also provide administrative support to the Product Manager as needed. Technologies: Support Product Manager More: In the Business Solutions department, we encompass various sections such as Business Savings and Membership, Strategy and Communication, Commercial and Small Business Lending, and Commercial Credit and Participation loans. Our mission is to deliver world-class service to our business members, mirroring the experience they enjoy as Navy Federal consumers. Our team consists of around 140 employees whose roles range from opening and reviewing business membership accounts to underwriting and booking commercial real estate loans. I am particularly excited about our Product Management department, which plays a crucial role in the agile transformation of Business Solutions projects. Our goal is to enhance and streamline business operations through technology, process innovation, and stringent controls, thereby providing an exceptional experience for both members and team members. We work in collaboration with Lending and other enterprise departments to achieve key strategic objectives.
