  • Design, implement, and continuously improve operational strategies to ensure seamless security coverage, rapid incident response, and compliance with stringent standards.
  • Deliver executive-level briefings and updates to clients—presenting program performance metrics, risk assessments, and strategic recommendations.
  • Oversee program financials—developing and managing the budget, forecasting costs, and tracking expenditures to align with business and client goals.
  • Identify, propose, and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, strengthen security posture, and boost client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate across internal departments, client stakeholders, and matrixed teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality service delivery.
  • Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders to support program success and resolve operational challenges.
  • Oversee all aspects of a 24x7x365 physical security program across geographically dispersed secure facilities.
  • Lead complex workforce logistics including shift scheduling, emergency coverage, holiday staffing, and real-time adjustments to maintain continuity.
  • Drive performance through regular SOP- and SLA-based training, ensuring all staff are fully prepared and compliant with operational protocols.
  • Serve as the escalation point for critical incidents, ensuring timely and effective resolution while maintaining transparency with stakeholders.
  • Be available for on-call support and fill in operational gaps as needed, demonstrating hands-on leadership.
What You Bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Security Management, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive program management experience in private-sector physical security operations.
  • Excellent communicator with experience delivering briefings and influencing senior leadership.
  • Strong financial management skills —from budgeting to performance tracking and cost forecasting.
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills , with the ability to prioritize under pressure.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead in matrixed environments and coordinate across cross-functional teams.
  • Proven track record of managing classified environments and deep knowledge of compliance frameworks such as NISPOM and ICD 705 .
  • Experience successfully managing 24x7x365 security operations in a multi-site, high-security context.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and shift scheduling platforms such as MS Shifts or similar tools.
