Job Description
Phone Dispatcher & Admin Support – $30/hr (Remote or Local)
We’re hiring someone reliable and fast-moving to answer inbound calls from diabetic supply sellers and create tickets for our drivers using ZippyKind.
What You’ll Do:
Answer calls from sellers and collect deal details
Input orders into ZippyKind quickly and accurately
Dispatch drivers with the correct pickup information
Stay organized while handling multiple tasks under pressure
Work closely with our team to keep operations running smoothly
We’re Looking for Someone Who:
Is super organized and detail-oriented
Can think quickly and stay calm under pressure
Has great communication skills
Has plenty of time availability — this is NOT a side hustle
Is dependable and needs the money (we want someone hungry and focused)
Has experience as a secretary, dispatcher, or admin (preferred but not required)
Pay:
$30/hour
