Party Marketing Partner (commission-based)

FlowMINGLE is not just a party—it’s a platform for connection, self-exploration, and empowerment. We create warm, inclusive social events that help young people discover their community, passions, and voice.

We are currently organizing a party specifically for interns and new grads in San Francisco. We are seeking a Marketing Partner who is also a student or recent graduate — someone who resonates with the vibe, speaks the language, and wants to build something bold with us.

Start Date: July (project-based, flexible schedule)

Compensation: Commission-only (high split per ticket sold)

Type: Independent Partner (not an employee/intern)

What You’ll Do:

  • Help promote the party to students, interns & new grads via social channels & word-of-mouth
  • Collaborate on content, flyers, campaign ideas
  • Optionally join on-site to co-host and help coordinate the flow
  • Bring your insight as someone who is in this target group
  • Students or recent grads (preferred!)
  • Outgoing, creative, and results-driven
  • Interested in events, music, branding, or community building
  • Comfortable earning through ticket-based commission (no hourly pay)
  • Excited about being part of a platform that values connection, meaning, and fun
