Your Role at Federal Express Corporation (FEC): Experience fast-paced, physical warehouse work—get your exercise while you earn! Perform essential tasks including loading, unloading, and sorting packages of various sizes. Part-time employees typically work one shift daily; full-time employees cover two shifts. Shift lengths vary with package volume; expect part-time work between 3 to 6 hours and full-time between 6 to 10 hours. Overtime pay kicks in after 40 hours worked in a week. Compensation Info: The starting pay range for this role is $18.60 to $19.10 per hour. Your actual pay will be determined based on your experience, market levels, and job-related factors. Shift Availability: We have morning, day, and evening shifts available, roughly between 1 AM to 7 AM, 11 AM to 4 PM, or 4 PM to 9 PM, based on package volume.
