We’re on the hunt for a bright, compassionate, and playful Occupational Therapist to join our early intervention Dream Team. You’ll work with toddlers (ages 16 months to 3 years) in a collaborative, joyful, and highly respected clinical setting where growth—both for the child and for you—is always front and center.

*What You’ll Be Doing (Hint: It’s More Than Just Therapy) *
* Helping tiny humans make big strides through play-based interventions
* Leading or co-leading our sensory-friendly playgroups with OT, SLP, and ABA professionals
* Conducting assessments with a keen eye and lots of heart
* Supporting families with realistic and empowering strategies for home life
* Collaborating with our full-circle team to create custom care plans
* Celebrating wins, small and large, and helping families see what’s possible
* Documenting progress in a streamlined, efficient way—because we value your time
*Who We’re Looking For *
You're not just an OT—you’re a curious, creative problem solver with a heart for children and a belief that early support transforms futures. You value team collaboration, clear communication, and know that sometimes therapy means getting on the floor and blowing bubbles.
*Must-Haves: *
* Licensed Occupational Therapist in California (OT/L)
* NBCOT certification
* CPR certified or willing to complete upon hire
* Pediatric experience (Early Intervention = a big plus!)
*Bonus Points if you’re trained in: *
* Sensory Integration
* Feeding and oral motor delays
* Values-based or play-based therapy models
