Job Description

Locums OB/GYN Hospitalist - Stayton, Oregon(Willing to License)Clinical Role & Schedule

Start Date: As soon as credentialed (target: under 30 days)
Contract Length: 3 months, with option to extend until position is permanently filled
Shift Schedule:
Friday morning to Monday morning
Mix of day shift, night shift, and off-site beeper call
Must be available for weekend call coverage

Coverage Volume:
Varies: may be called in 2-7 times per weekend
2-3 surgeries per week
Call coverage for the clinic on Friday only
No scheduled clinic time
Monthly Commitment: 2-4 weeks per month
Practice Setting: Hospital only (no clinic)
Hospital Size: 40 beds
EMR: Epic Clinical Scope
- Procedures & Responsibilities:
- Vaginal and C-section deliveries
- OB surgical coverage
- Weekend OB call
Support Team:
CRNA (maternal and newborn care)
Family Medicine MDs care for newborn
OB handles maternal care
Patient Demographic: All ages
Facility Type: Small rural hospital - provider may be solo OB on site Credentialing & Requirements
- Board Certification: Required
- License: Oregon license required (willing to license)
- DEA: Required
- Experience: Minimum 2 years OB experience required
- Skills Required:
- OB care
- Surgical competency
- Solo weekend coverage
