Position Details
Location: Seattle Headquarters, reporting to the Business/Enterprise Learning & Development Manager.
Work Arrangement: Hybrid, with in-office presence on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and remote work on Monday and Friday.
Primary Responsibilities
Develop, produce, edit, and deliver high-quality multimedia assets (e.g., 2D animation, motion graphics, illustrations) for e-learning and training materials.
Manage all aspects of multimedia production, transforming scripts or storyboards into animated videos, collaborating with subject matter experts, incorporating feedback, managing deadlines, and tracking progress.
Collaborate on creative direction for training deliverables with the Learning & Development Manager.
Brainstorm and work with multimedia and instructional design team members to generate ideas.
Design mockups including sketches, animatics, prototypes, and storyboards, and incorporate feedback to ensure effectiveness.
Create interactive training solutions using e-learning software like Articulate Storyline and develop skills in these tools.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Motion and Multimedia Designer with a strong portfolio.
At least 3 years in multimedia production, graphic design, animation, and video production.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator).
Experience designing templates and layouts for print and digital media.
Strong knowledge of storyboarding, visual design, and animation principles.
Attention to detail and ability to align with brand standards while exploring creative options.
Willingness to learn and become proficient in e-learning software such as Articulate Storyline.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in graphic/digital design, film, or related field.
Experience with 3D asset animation.
Experience creating instructional/training videos in a business environment.
