Overview Job Title: Morning Show Producer Department: Programming Reporting To: Brand Manager Employment Type: Full -Time Pay Transparency: $63,000.00/Yr. - $70,000.00/Yr. Location(s): Washington, DC Work Arrangement: On-Site The anticipated starting salary range for Washington, DC based individuals expressing interest in this position is $63,000.00/Yr. - $70,000.00/Yr. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and location of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity. Overview: Audacy Washington, DC is looking for a producer for the WPGC Good Morning Show Responsibilities What You'll Do: Manage daily expectations of on-air hosts and programming strategy Generate topics/content that drive conversations and listenership Cultivate relationships with local teams, PR staff and executives Book big-name music guests and community guests Create local buzz Build the show’s social brand Set an example for your peers Exceed traditional expectations Coordinate daily with promotions regarding contesting Create compelling daily promos Qualifications More About You: Required & Preferred: Degree in radio/communications preferred, but not required Prior experience producing an ensemble radio show Organizational skills Manage multiple duties daily Working with multiple people from different departments Punctual Able to meet deadlines Important Notes: Please be aware that Audacy will never ask you to send money at any point during the hiring process.
