Job Title: Medical Communication Manager

Location: Lawrenceville, NJ (Hybrid – Princeton Pike Site)

Duration: 12-month contract (potential to extend)

Summary:

This Medical Communication Manager role within the Medical Information Customer Engagement team at focuses on vendor management and contact center oversight . The position supports US Medical Information and Worldwide escalation services, ensuring compliant, high-quality responses to healthcare professional (HCP) and patient inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Medical Information Contact Center , acting as the key liaison.
• Manage external vendor performance, training, and process improvement efforts.
• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams (Medical Affairs, Safety, Commercial, etc.) to deliver accurate and timely medical information.
• Support product launch activities , medical content maintenance, and inspection readiness.
• Engage in strategy execution for global escalations, variant content, and document (SRD) management.

Qualifications:

• PharmD or advanced degree required
• 5+ years in Medical Information, Contact Centers, or Patient Safety
• Strong experience in stakeholder engagement , vendor oversight , and content management
• Skilled in performance metrics , process optimization , and quality systems

Additional Info:

• No direct people management, but leadership and influence across internal and external teams are essential.
• A background in pharmacovigilance or patient safety is acceptable.
• Must have experience working on contact center operations and medical information strategy .
