This is a full-time, on-site management role-ideal for someone who is growth-minded, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
About Us
We are the only independent, full-service eye care provider in our region of NW Washington, offering medical eye care, optical services, and surgical care in our own ambulatory surgery center (ASC). We've proudly served our communities since 1985, and have been voted "Best Of" in the region for the past 10+ years.
What You'll Do
As our Location Lead, you'll oversee clinic operations and serve as the on-site supervisor for a team of Patient Services, Optical, and Clinical staff. You will:
Create and maintain a positive, professional, and productive work environment
Provide coaching, feedback, and hands-on leadership
Implement workflow improvements and support new initiatives
Ensure the clinic runs smoothly and looks its best
Manage daily schedules to keep patient flow efficient and on time
Track and help improve location-specific KPIs, including:
Staff timeliness and efficiency
Optical capture rates
Schedule utilization and productivity
What We're Looking For
Prior experience in medical or healthcare office management preferred, clinical supervisors and optical managers encouraged to apply
Will consider candidates with strong general leadership or retail management experience
Effective communicator with coaching and team-building skills
Organized, adaptable, and proactive
Familiarity with EHRs, optical sales, or eye care is a huge plus
