Instructional Designer Job Summary:
Sparks Group is seeking a skilled, agile and highly organized Instructional Designer do join a management consulting company working on the hill in Washington, DC . This role will be mostly remote, but will require the occasional commute to Washington, DC (roughly 10%).
As an Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for creating instructional content for live and on-demand audiences to meet the specific subject matter requirements of a fast-paced and matrixed federal organization. A proven background in instructional design, graphics and video production is desired as well as the flexibility, agility and high level of personal organization required to meet the needs of fast-paced organization, supporting high value stakeholders with varying interests.
