Base Salary $ 60 to 65K plus commission (O.T.E. 70K to 90K)

As a keen inside sales/customer service specialist, you will be accountable for defined customer segments with detailed budgets and objectives. You will be servicing existing clients and selling to some existing customers. You will understand our products and our business requirements and translate the current and unmet needs of customers into sales opportunities. You will have the chance to do the following:

• Small project quotation
• Answer all customer service inquiries
• Systematic pricing (Quote set-up, price lists/item pricing),
• Customer communications (annual price letters, new customer welcome, holiday greetings, hours of operation),
• General inquiries (ie. products, sources, pricing, and application assistance

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years post-secondary education, preferably a Bachelor’s degree with relevant work experience, or
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in construction or industrial related industry.
• Work effectively as a member of a team,
