All Paws Veterinary Center is a trusted, full-service veterinary hospital committed to delivering compassionate, high-quality care to our pet community. We're looking to partner with a skilled and motivated professional groomer to serve our growing clientele. We are seeking an experienced, customer-focused Pet Groomer to operate as an independent contractor (1099) within our hospital. The ideal candidate is passionate about animal care, reliable, and eager to grow their grooming business within an established veterinary setting. Responsibilities include providing professional grooming services for dogs (and cats, if applicable), including baths, haircuts, nail trims, ear cleaning, and more; maintaining a clean and organized grooming area; communicating with pet owners regarding grooming needs, services, and any concerns noticed during grooming; and ensuring safe handling of pets at all times. Requirements include minimum 1–2 years of grooming experience (professional or certified preferred), must provide own grooming tools and equipment, strong communication and customer service skills, ability to work independently and maintain a high standard of care, valid liability insurance (or willingness to obtain it), and current business license (or willingness to obtain one, if required by state/county).
