Front End Web & Graphic Designer - Dallas, TX Metro We are seeking a talented Front-End Web & Graphic Designer to join our team. This role involves creating visually appealing, user-friendly web experiences and designing graphics for digital and print materials. The position is primarily remote, with occasional work from our Dallas, TX office. Responsibilities Design and develop responsive websites and web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other front-end technologies. Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas effectively. Ensure website functionality, usability, and accessibility across browsers and devices. Optimize websites for performance and speed. Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate front-end components. Maintain and update existing websites, including content updates and bug fixes. Design graphics for digital and print materials, including banners, email templates, and marketing collateral. Develop and maintain brand guidelines for visual consistency. Work with marketing and content teams to support campaigns with creative visuals. Manage multiple projects from concept to completion, adhering to deadlines. Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Communications, Graphic Design, Web Design, or related field. 5-8 years of proven experience in web and graphic design. Strong portfolio showcasing relevant projects. Required Skills Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript. Experience with frameworks like Bootstrap, Angular, jQuery. Skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign. Understanding responsive and mobile-first design principles. Knowledge of UX/UI design principles. Cross-browser and email client compatibility testing skills. Familiarity with Content Management Systems. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Attention to detail and aesthetic sense. Ability to manage multiple projects effectively. Preferred Skills Experience with motion graphics and video editing. Knowledge of SEO best practices. Understanding web accessibility standards (WCAG). This position offers a salary range of $60,000 to $85,000 annually, with potential bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package. The role is eligible for participation in annual incentive plans.
