Job Description
Become a key part of our team and take ownership for your future at the same time. You will focus on creating, advancing and closing sales to both residential and business customers in a large territory. Participate in Sales Campaigns to create leads as well as following up on provided leads. Sales campaigns will target our potential customer base. Build lasting long-term relationships with both potential customers and a network of referral partners. Listen to your leads, understand what the customer needs and design a solution with our premium lighting to WOW THE CUSTOMER. Close the sale and the delivery team will take care of the rest so that you can focus on sales activities that earn you money. Initial and continuous training provided to hone your skills and message. When you succeed, we succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and foster referral relationships with both customers and a referral network.
Coordinate on planned sales activities to create leads.
Participate in home shows and other coordinated marketing activities with the goal of developing leads and selling Blingle! services.
Follow up on organic and paid leads.
Meet with homeowners and business owners to understand their desires and needs, then create designs to meet them.
Capture the approved design and proposal in company software for the installation crew.
Complete required paperwork with customer, including any down payment needed.
Follow up with customer the day after the job is completed to check customer satisfaction, keep the relationship open and get referrals.
Track and meet quarterly and annual KPIs and review the team.
Participate in regular sales meetings and webinars.
Requirements:
2+ years of sales or retail experience.
NO prior lighting experience required.
The ability to listen and communicate.
Exceptional customer focus.
Time management skills.
Desire to determine your own earnings potential
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Salary during training, transitioning to salary + uncapped commissions on a tiered increasing scale.
Expected hours: 40 per week.
