Job Description

Are you an event professional who thrives on logistics, customer service, and creating unforgettable experiences? If so, buckle up—this opportunity might be the perfect next step in your career.

NADA is seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented Exhibit Services Manager to help drive the success of our flagship events: the NADA Show and the ATD Show—two of the most influential gatherings in the automotive/trucking industry. In this role, you’ll be at the center of the action, managing key operations, exhibitor communications, and event production elements that shape the experience for thousands of industry professionals.

This full-time position offers a collaborative and dynamic work environment with a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and a healthy work culture. Duties require some travel, comprising 10% of the role at times.

The Key Responsibilities:

As the Exhibit Services Manager, you'll be the go-to expert for exhibitors and sponsors—delivering exceptional service and helping execute seamless show operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Serve as the primary contact for exhibitor inquiries, providing prompt and helpful responses via phone and email to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate exhibitor data, identify new prospects, and support marketing campaigns that attract new business.
  • Oversee the processing of exhibitor/sponsor payments and manage tracking systems for booth applications, seniority rankings, and priority point assignments.
  • Work closely with official vendors to test and improve systems, update content, and streamline the exhibitor experience.
  • Lead the selection and coordination of the 15-member Expo Advisory Council, ensuring diverse industry representation and serving as their main point of contact.
  • Assist in booth assignments and floor plan management using the Expo platform and internal tools.

Required Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in exhibit operations and administration required; prior experience in an association setting is a plus.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, Marketing, or a related field—or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with platforms like Map Your Show, Salesforce, Airtable, and CMS tools is highly desirable.
  • CEM certification is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, multitasking mastery, and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.

If you're passionate about events, thrive in fast-paced environments, and love delivering five-star exhibitor service, we want to hear from you!

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, please submit a resume and a cover letter detailing the unique strengths and talents you would bring to this position.

NADA is fundamentally committed to the diversity of our staff. We believe diversity is excellence expressing itself through every person’s perspective and lived experiences. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to age, color, disability, gender identity or expression, marital status, national or ethnic origin, political affiliation, race, religion, sex (including pregnancy and lactation), sexual orientation, military status, veteran status, and family medical or genetic information or any other protected class under federal, state, or local law.
