We deliver full lifecycle IT services to Federal agencies, focusing on complex system integration and enterprise-wide implementations. Pay Range This range is provided by Futrend Technology, Inc. Base pay range: $120,000.00/hr - $150,000.00/hr Responsibilities Conduct inventory assessments of client hardware and software assets for vulnerabilities and risks. Review network architectures for compliance with cybersecurity best practices and frameworks. Evaluate and optimize security products such as firewalls, IDS, and IPS. Deploy network infrastructure devices and security appliances to support secure operations. Review cybersecurity policies and analyze system logs to identify threats and ensure compliance. Assess controls and provide recommendations to mitigate cybersecurity risks. Perform vulnerability and risk assessments in manufacturing and critical infrastructure environments. Create detailed network and system diagrams, and develop procedures for implementation and testing. Develop mitigation plans and support remediation efforts. Serve as the ICS/OT/IoT SME, collaborating with teams, vendors, and clients. Design segmented network architectures based on the Purdue Model. Implement security solutions for ICS and OT environments aligned with NIST 800-82. Travel to NIH sites for assessments and implementations as needed. Qualifications Required Experience CISSP certification Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks for ICS/OT environments (e.g., ISA-99/IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82) Understanding of OT network protocols (Ethernet/IP, CIP, Modbus, OPC) Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in ICS/OT network architecture Proficiency in Ethernet/IP architecture and communication technologies Experience with Nazomi CPS Preferred Experience CSSA certification GIAC certifications (GICSP, GRID, CIP) ISA/IEC 62443 cybersecurity certificates Networking certifications (CCNA, CCNP, JNCIP-ENT) Cybersecurity certifications (CEH, CISA, CISM, CCSP) Knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK for ICS or NERC CIP frameworks Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks (ISO IEC 27001/27002, NIST CSF) Experience with industrial control systems (DCS, PLCs, SCADA) Vulnerability/penetration testing experience in ICS/OT environments Experience as a Control System or SCADA Engineer in manufacturing or power generation Additional Details Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Information Technology Industries: IT Services and IT Consulting Referrals can double your chances of interviewing at Futrend Technology, Inc. and increase your visibility for new Cybersecurity Engineer roles in Bethesda, MD. #J-18808-Ljbffr Futrend Technology, Inc.
