Job Opportunity: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist

As a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA), you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care in a collaborative and supportive environment.

• Provide anesthesia services for patients across all age groups including infants, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
• Coordinate peri-operative patient care in collaboration with healthcare team members.
• Work on a variety of shifts ranging from 8-12 hours, with opportunities for transition to longer shifts.
• Be available for minimal on-call duties.
• Engage actively in a high degree of professional autonomy.
• Maintain compliance with work environment safety protocols and utilize protective equipment as needed.
• Work with electronic medical records (EMR) using EPIC.
• Provide exceptional communication skills and problem-solving abilities.

• Board Certified or Board Eligible by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA).
• Completion of an Accredited Nurse Anesthesia Program.
• Experience with trauma level care preferred.
• Ability to handle moderate physical activity, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Current Michigan state nursing and specialty license (or willing to obtain by start).
• Up-to-date COVID and flu vaccinations (or willing to obtain).
• Active certification in BLS, ACLS, and PALS (or willing to obtain).
• Clean malpractice and license history is mandatory.
• Visa support may be required for candidates (J1 or H1B).
