Kelly® Professional & Industrial is looking for an experienced  Contract Recruiter to support a global aerospace client. This is a long-term temporary position and some onsite presence is required. Sound good? Take a closer look below!

\n Contract Recruiter Required Qualifications: \n

\n\t
• High School diploma/GED and 9+ years of recruitment experience OR Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of recruitment experience OR Advanced Degree and 3+ years of recruitment experience\n\t
• Experience recruiting for engineering (non-IT) roles within a manufacturing environment is required; aerospace/aviation recruiting experience is strongly preferred\n\t
• Experience using WorkDay or other large enterprise applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Oracle/Taleo, iCIMS, SAP, Bullhorn, etc. \n\t
• Strong organizational and project management skills to handle full life cycle recruiting for a high req. load in a fast-paced environment \n\t
• Demonstrated sourcing experience\n\t
• Ability to build and maintain strong consultative partnerships with hiring managers and HR business partners\n\t
• Ability to occasionally work onsite in Jupiter/West Palm Beach to support hiring events, interviews, etc.\n

\n What’s a typical day as a Contract Recruiter? You’ll be: \n\n

\n\t
• Responsible for full lifecycle recruiting of permanent engineering (manufacturing) roles \n\t
• Responsible for partnering with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, developing effective sourcing strategies, prescreening prospective candidates, submitting resumes to hiring managers, participating in interviews with hiring managers, and coordinating logistics for interviews, compensation negotiations, etc.\n\t
• Responsible for managing the candidate review and selection process to ensure it moves forward in a timely manner\n\t
• Representing the company at job fairs and other hiring events as needed\n
