Job Description

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to join our team. Our company focuses on interior remodeling involving bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, basements, doors, windows, and we also build decks. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting project management activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within scope. This position requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. No experience necessary, we are willing to train, but experience in construction field Ideal. Company vehicle during working hours. 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of construction projects from start to completion.
  • Coordinate project schedules, resources, equipment, and information.
  • Communication with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure smooth communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and meeting minutes.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise promptly.
  • Support the estimation process by gathering data, material costs and preparing reports as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout all phases of the project.


Qualifications:

  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with project management principles and methodologies.
  • Experience with construction estimating processes is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
