Job Description

We're looking for a hands-on Construction Foreman to join our team in Champaign, IL. If you're an experienced professional who enjoys leading teams, working with equipment, and making sure projects run smoothly and safely - we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and supervise construction crews on-site

• Make sure work is done safely, on time, and to high-quality standards

• Oversee carpentry work and help with hands-on tasks when needed

• Operate and take care of heavy equipment

• Work closely with engineers, suppliers, and other team members

• Communicate with clients and keep them updated on progress

• Solve problems as they come up and keep projects on track

What We're Looking For:

• Strong carpentry and hands-on construction experience

• Experience managing crews and ensuring job site safety

• Comfortable operating and maintaining heavy equipment

• Good understanding of construction and civil engineering basics

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Able to stay organized and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• High school diploma or GED required

• Technical/vocational training or certifications in construction are a plus
