• Work From Home (must reside in the Las Vegas, NV area)

SCHEDULE AVAILABLE (Pacific Time - PT):

• SCHEDULE: Sunday: 10:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. (PT) / Monday-Thursday: 1:00 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. (PT)

When you join Eagle’s Wings Air (EWA), you will be responsible for tracking airline flights and reporting exceptions. You will be securing air cargo space on passenger airlines and handling inbound client requests for airline reservations while satisfying various types of customer service-related inquiries. You will offer our clients peace of mind and deliver best-in-class customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for interacting with clients via voice, email, and chat channels. Inbound and outbound
• Passion to find the right logistics solution for the client or the path to resolution on the first call
• Follow up with customer inquiries by taking specific action in a timely manner
• Perform data entry into logistics software
• Appropriately communicate with upset clients to resolve their inquiries or concerns
• Thrives as a team player in a fast-paced, high-energy, change-oriented environment
• Performs other related duties and assignments as required and as assigned by supervisor or manager
• Participates in on-call rotation once per quarter
• Be an active contributor to a great company culture

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of customer service/contact center experience
• Proficient in PC operation and navigation
• Working knowledge of MS Office / Outlook / Excel / Word
• Typing 25 WPM
• Basic math and geography skills; strong data entry skills
• Enjoy working as part of a team, as well as independently
• Strong interpersonal skills- the ability to build rapport with clients and teammates
• Deadline-oriented while maintaining consistency and accuracy
• Proven ability to resolve customer problems with empathy and understanding
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Organized and accurate self-starter with strong problem-solving skills
• Able to maintain the confidentiality of privileged information

Work From Home Requirements:

• High-Speed Internet is required
• Proof of Internet speed is required
• A dedicated, quiet workspace is required
