About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Product Officer (CPO) to play a pivotal role in the development of an integrated AI platform for enterprise-grade digital humans, voice localization, and generative environments. The CPO will be responsible for shaping a category-defining product suite at the forefront of generative AI and media technology. This includes leading product strategy, defining the product roadmap, and ensuring that the product DNA aligns with the company's vision. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI, SaaS, MediaTech, or Cloud, with a focus on scaling products from concept to launch and growth. Key responsibilities for the CPO include driving early customer adoption, iterating towards strong product-market fit, and leading a high-performance product team. The role also involves fostering cross-functional and executive alignment, particularly in the areas of technical innovation, executive vision, and ethical and legal standards. Applicants for the CPO position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in product management and strategy, with a proven track record in high-growth enterprise tech. Deep commercial orientation, strong leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential. The successful candidate will be adept at translating R&D breakthroughs into scalable, modular products with monetization pathways and will have experience in emerging technology categories with a focus on ethical, IP, and data considerations. Preferred qualifications include a background in AI-driven, synthetic media, or generative content technologies, familiarity with product licensing models, and an understanding of data provenance, consent management, and ethical AI practices. Experience in a startup or growth-stage company that has scaled to maturity, as well as a background in working with creative industries or media clients, is also desirable.
