Responsible for marketing IT Bench Consultants (H1B, US Citizens, GCs). Knowledge of US tax terms (W2, 1099, Corp-to-Corp). Updating and maintaining the database for future requirements, generating daily reports, and updating them. Evaluate candidates based on skills, functionality, domain, experience, and qualifications. Understand client requirements and articulate resumes accordingly. Communicate with consultants regularly about submissions and interviews.
