Behavioral Psychology Specialist - Mid Level | Insider Threat Management and Analysis

ProSidian seeks a Behavioral Psychology Specialist - Mid Level | Insider Threat Management and Analysis for program support on a full-time, exempt W2: no overtime pay basis located CONUS - Quantico, VA across the Mid Atlantic Region supporting Federal agency safeguarding DoD security, counterintelligence, and insider threat programs.

The role is located in the Mid Atlantic Region, at or near CONUS - Quantico, VA. Work Site Address: 27130 Telegraph Road Quantico, VA 22134-2253.

Qualifications

Desired qualifications for Behavioral Psychology Specialist - Mid Level | Insider Threat Management and Analysis candidates:

  • Possess a forensic background with experience in at least one of the two areas of operations: threat assessment + support to counterintelligence.
  • A demonstrated understanding of making eligibility and access determinations for sensitive information related to workplace violence prevention.
  • A demonstrated understanding of the DoD population through work experience directly supporting the military or DoD.
  • Demonstrated experience in collaborating with the greater threat professional community.
  • American Board of Professional Psychology Certification in either Clinical Forensic or Police and Public Safety.

Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications:

  • Possess a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Psychology or Doctorate of Psychology (PsyD), with a clinical and/or forensic background, and be actively licensed in clinical forensic or police and public safety.
  • Actively licensed Psychologist in any of the 50 States or territories.
  • Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in the field of clinical and/or forensic psychology.

Expertise in behavioral psychology, threat assessment, and profiling; experience in federal security environments.

Ancillary details of the roles:

Due to the sensitive nature of our work, the individuals who will be actively completing work on this contract or reviewing documents related to our operations must either be cleared (All the LCATs must have a Top Secret Clearance).
